Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders sent to addresses outside the US cannot be fulfilled.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping option for all orders:
Economy Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days
- Shipping Cost: Free
- Shipping Area: United States only
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Order Processing
- All orders are reviewed and processed in the order they are received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready to ship.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Notes
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team immediately.
- For damaged items, we may request photos or additional documentation to process a replacement or refund.
- We work with carriers to resolve delivery issues, but Toymoji Store is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping once the package leaves our warehouse unless otherwise stated.
Multiple Shipments
- Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on availability.
- You will receive tracking information for each shipment when it is sent.
Free Shipping Eligibility
- All orders shipped within the US qualify for free economy shipping.
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code is required.
