What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy on most items.
If your order arrives damaged, is not delivered, or is not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons, returns are accepted with prior approval, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note: Blind box items (such as Labubu blind boxes) cannot be returned once opened.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We usually process and ship orders within 24 business hours after they are placed.

Changes and cancellations can only be made before your order has been shipped.

How do I set up my new device?
Most of our products are ready to play and very easy to set up. For more complex toys such as building kits, RC cars, or electronic devices, an instruction manual is included in the package.

Do you offer warranties on your products?
We do not provide a fixed warranty period for all items, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops working under normal use (not due to human-caused damage), we will review your case and offer a return, replacement, or repair option as appropriate. Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we currently do not offer international shipping. At the moment, our shipping services are limited to domestic orders only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Standard delivery with USPS or similar carriers typically takes 3–5 business days within the US.
Shipping is free on all orders.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
