🛒 Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy on most items.

  • Return shipping is free if your order arrives damaged, is not delivered, or is not as described.

  • For other reasons, returns are accepted with prior approval, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please note: Blind box items (such as Labubu blind boxes) cannot be returned once opened.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make modifications, but you may contact us to request a return after receiving your item.

How do I set up my new device?
Products that require setup or installation come with an instruction manual included in the package. You can also find setup guides or videos on the corresponding product page. If you need further help, feel free to reach out to us anytime.


🚚 Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping yet.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business days.

  • Transit time: 2–4 days.

  • Total estimated delivery with USPS or similar carriers typically takes 3–6 business days within the U.S.

  • Shipping is free on all orders.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t see tracking updates after a few days, please contact our support team.
