You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
If your toy arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will provide a free return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
For returns due to reasons other than damage or error (e.g., change of mind), we still accept returns within the 90-day window. In these cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and approval is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
